RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We make every bar of Shimoda soap with care, and we want you to feel good about using it.
If something’s not right—whether your order arrived damaged, or it just wasn’t what you expected—get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll sort it out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging.
We can’t accept returns on opened or used soap—for hygiene reasons, we hope you understand.
If your order arrived broken, missing, or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund—whatever works best for you.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
